Shipping Policy

At Manwaring Cheese, we make every effort to insure that your cheese arrives in the best possible condition.

You may add gift certificate information during checkout.

Shipments will arrive via FedEx.  Please use a physical shipping address, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

When shipping perishable items like cheese as gifts, we suggest that you notify your intended recipient.  Then your gift will be expected, opened IMMEDIATELY upon arrival and refrigerated.

Our typical shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.  We ship on these days to ensure that cheese does not sit in an un-refrigerated warehouse over a weekend.  We take each shipment on a case by case basis and decide when/how to ship.  Orders received by 10:00 MST on Wednesday morning will ship that day.  Orders placed after 10:00 Wednesday will ship the following Monday.

We will send an email when your order is processed for shipping that will include a FedEx tracking #.

If you need expedited delivery, please be sure to select Overnight Flat Rate Shipping from the shipping selections.


We are currently NOT shipping to Canada.  Check back as we are researching export, customs and tariff.

Email addresses that are collected through online orders are automatically added to our newsletter emailing list.  This list is not shared.  You may choose to unsubscribe from our emails at the bottom of our newsletter.


Return Policy

We are unable to replace items that perish due to the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery. Our boxes are clearly marked “perishable” on the outside and we are not responsible for the items received but not opened. Please make sure that you or your recipient will be in town on the date that your order is due to arrive.

If your package is damaged during shipment, please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving your shipment at 1 (208) 881-6169 or email sales@manwaringcheese.com so that we can arrange a reshipment of your order.
