For nearly half a century now the Manwaring family has been providing fine dairy products for their friends and family. It was a tradition started when the Manwarings migrated from their home in England to a small town in Idaho, bringing with them an appreciation for truly fine cheeses.

Basil Manwaring opened his first cheese factory in America in 1955, moving it to Rigby, Idaho in 1970. Today that same old world tradition lives on in every piece of cheese produced at the Manwaring Cheese Factory. Each step of the process is watched with loving care, starting with the best milk and cream available, to packaging a wide variety of cheeses fresh daily.
